Join our Zen Garden Workshop, a calming and creative experience designed to support women's health and wellbeing. Enjoy a peaceful, mindful atmosphere as you work with natural materials to create your own personal Zen garden, a beautiful reminder to slow down and nurture yourself.

Heather & Lisa, mother and daughter, will gently guide you throughout the session, sharing tips and creative inspiration - no experience needed.
