
The BAR Young Movers Group is hosting a Mental Health & Wellbeing training workshop, designed to support personal wellbeing and promote mentally healthy workplaces across the removals industry.
The session will be delivered by Jon Manning, Founder of Arthur Ellis: Mental Health Support.
Jon Manning – Founder, Arthur Ellis: Mental Health Support, a UK charity improving access to practical mental-health support. Drawing on his own lived experience, Jon delivers impactful, evidence-based training that helps organisations build awareness, resilience and wellbeing. He will be leading the BAR Young Movers session, bringing his expertise in creating supportive, mentally healthy workplaces
Jon has a clear mission: to improve mental health services and change the way mental health is understood and supported.
