Alexia’s music is created live, in direct response to the spoken word. Rather than a fixed musical setting, her piano improvisation unfolds as a living conversation with the poetry. Her approach is inspired by a Japanese aesthetic practice similar to water calligraphy (mizu shodō), where meaning lies in the fleeting act of creation — something that appears briefly and then disappears.
