
YOU-TIME WEEKLY YIN YOGA CLASSES
These weekly classes blend gentle movement and breathing exercises, and move into floor-based yin postures (which we hold for a few minutes to target the connective tissue).
Classes are theme-based (e.g. gratitude, intuition, chakras etc) and include movement, breathework, earthy aromas, mystical poetry, beautiful music and a long restful savasana (relaxation at end).
A nourishing close to the weekend.
