
Hi, I'm Victoria and I'd like to invite you for a relaxing yoga session on Monday evening in Downs Barns, Central Milton Keynes.
Sessions are a mix of 3 styles - Hatha (slow flow), Vinyasa (energetic flow) and Ashtanga (fixed sequence and discipline).
Your typical class can include pranayama, a warm up, main flow and a generous amount of restorative (yin style) yoga for tension release, sometimes a short guided meditation.
I play a gentle music and use soft lights and candles and aromatherapy diffusers to create even more relaxing atmosphere.
Mats, bolsters, blocks and knee support pads are provided, just bring yourself and water bottle and let's practice together ♥️🙏🏻
This is your space to reconnect with yourself, to wind down from work, to lower your stress levels and to improve your balance, harmony and general wellbeing ♥️
After class sometimes we stay for social tea and chat (completely optional!)
