About Me
I’m Briana Murphy, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and resilience coach. My approach is shaped by lived experience and a deep belief that healing is built through breath, community, and self-compassion. I create supportive, beginner-friendly spaces where mindful movement helps you regulate, release, and return home to yourself—without forcing or fixing.
