Tonight, I’ll be your ghost guide (ahem, instructor) through a flow that awakens the body, chills the stress, and raises your spirits—literally. Think moonlit stretches, deep breaths, and just enough witchy energy to leave you feeling enchanted. As an added bonus, during your savasana, I will balance your chakras with a spooky sound bath.

After class, we’ll summon the real magic: sipping, laughing, and connecting with our coven. Because when mindful movement meets meaningful moments—and a splash of wine—that’s where the real transformation brews.
