Yoga & Sound Bath Special: Soul Live Singing
This workshop is thought as a journey from heart-opening movement into connection.
We’ll begin with a Yang to Yin yoga practice, moving from dynamic flow into slower, deeper postures to release tension and settle the nervous system.
This is followed by a 30-minute immersive sound bath to support heart-opening and deep rest.
We’ll then close with a gentle community soul-singing and voice-activation workshop: a guided, non-performative space to explore sound together and connect through shared expression. There will be time to connect informally afterwards.
