Created by Neuro Interior Designer Sidra Nasir, Wellness Society England explores how thoughtfully designed spaces can restore calm and reconnect us to ourselves ♾️ a philosophy that beautifully complements the mindful movement and holistic living at the heart of WILD & WILD.
🧘♀️ Flow Yoga & Sound Healing
Led by April Wild, the morning begins with a flow yoga session and sound healing session, inviting you to unwind through movement, deep breathwork, and soothing sound frequencies. Before you drop into your 30 min Crystal Sound Bath you will enjoy a gentle head pressure point massage + reiki.
Allow yourself to let go of stress and realign body, mind, and spirit.
All guests will be welcomed with cosy slippers to wear throughout the morning (and take home!) — a small yet symbolic gesture of comfort, warmth and grounding.
All guests will also receive a hot barista drink after the yoga + a delicious brunch.

We’ll gather together for a nourishing brunch in the serene glass front room & relaxing surroundings of Capesthorne Estate where mindful design meets natural beauty.
It’s a moment to pause, breathe and connect — both with yourself and with other inspiring women.
