This session is an invitation to feel your feet on the ground, connect with your breath, and lift yourself out of holiday sluggishness.
You’re warmly invited to stay for a cup of herbal tea afterwards, allowing time to gently return and connect.

We begin with gentle, mindful stretches—an invitation to soften and release what the body quietly holds. A few moments of conscious breath follow to help settle the mind and open the space within.
The heart of the session is Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)—a guided journey into deep rest and renewal. As you are led through layers of awareness, the body unwinds, the mind becomes still, and a profound sense of ease begins to unfold.
Please bring a yoga mat or similar mat unless you prefer to sit on a chair. It is suggested to bring a cushion or pillow for comfortable sitting and as a support for your head during the relaxation time, a blanket and eye mask can be helpful to allow you to feel relaxed and comfortable. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
This event is held at a private venue at Riverview road, Pangbourne, RG8 7AU, about 5min walk from the village car park. There is a limited parking available. The venue will be clearly signed.
These sessions are held in a lovely private venue with an intimate group of 15 people max. The smaller setting helps create a safe, quiet space for everyone to truly unwind.
