Suitable for all levels, this immersive session is led by expert teachers Bex Bridgford and Lana King. Together, they offer a beautifully rounded experience, beginning with grounding QiGong and breathwork, followed by a dynamic yet accessible blend of Yang and Yin yoga. The session concludes with the serene tones of crystal singing bowls and a deeply restful guided sleep meditation, designed to leave you feeling balanced, calm, and restored.
Bex introduced a new element to this workshop: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as “tapping.” EFT is a gentle yet effective tool for emotional release. By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on thoughts, emotions, or physical tension, EFT helps to clear emotional blocks, calm the nervous system, and enhance your ability to receive healing.
This new addition will deepen the entire experience — allowing your body and mind to relax more fully and absorb the powerful vibrations of the sound healing more effectively. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply nourished.

About your Yoga teachers
Bex Bridgford: Bex is an advanced yoga teacher who has trained with some of the top yoga teachers from around the world and is known for her contagious positive energy. Her integrative approach weaves together a playful style with deep knowledge of the human body, mind, and spirit, this enables her to connect with her students, and she believes yoga is available to anyone.
BEX BRIDGFORD QUALIFICATIONS
Lana King: Lana is trained in Forrest yoga, Yin yoga, yoga Nidra, and Vinyasa yoga. She combines a mixture of philosophical teachings with modern-day movement, trying to make it accessible and enjoyable. Forrest yoga is a modern style of yoga with a holistic approach dealing with the emotional and physical body, its intelligent sequencing along with breathing techniques helps ease everyday tension and shift energy, making it perfect to lighten the burdens of 21st-century living.
