Lisa Willoughby will lead your yoga practice. As a dedicated yoga teacher with over 18 years of experience, Lisa blends deep anatomical knowledge with mindful movement, creating classes that build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

Whether you're an experienced yogi or just starting your journey, this immersive experience promises to leave you feeling grounded, revitalised, and inspired.

What to expect:

Arrive at 10:55 AM to settle into the space for the experience ahead.

The session will finish by 12 PM.

🔝 We're located on the 3rd floor (no lift access)
