
Classes are free to attend and are designed to support both physical and mental well-being. The sessions focus on improving flexibility, releasing tension, boosting energy, and cultivating a sense of calm and focus in the middle of your week.
Hollie works as a Molecular Neuropathology Clinical Scientist and is also trained in Vinyasa yoga. She will guide you through an energising sequence that blends balance, strength, playfulness, and safe movement. Classes are accompanied by uplifting music to keep the practice flowing and enjoyable.
All levels are welcome, including beginners. Please bring your own mat and a water bottle.
