Yoga Class

✨This gentle class is suitable for all abilities. Beginners are welcome.

✨Bring your own mat. You may also want to bring a cusion or a block to sit on and a blanket to keep warm during the relaxation at the end.

✨What to wear: Comfortable cloting that won't restrict movement. Bring a jumper and socks to be cosy and worm during the relaxation at the end of the class.

✨Cost: £8 per class, pay on the day.
