A weekly evening yoga offering designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
These sessions are intentionally gentle and accessible, blending mindful movement, breath, and subtle sensory elements to support rest and regulation. Each class offers space to move at your own pace, take breaks as needed, or simply be present.
This is not about performance or pushing. This is more about arriving, softening, and being supported.
