
Join me for a deeply relaxing practice designed to create a state of profound calm - no prior experience required.
We begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice in which we hold passive floor-based poses for longer periods of time. This slowing down helps to release physical tension and quieten the mind. Turning our awareness inwards, we prepare for Yoga Nidra, the practice of yogic sleep. Gentle breathwork and a guided meditation accompanied by a sound bath of crystal bowls and chimes will guide you into a special state between dreaming and consciousness, where deep rest and healing can occur.
Mats, props and blankets provided. Wear clothing that’s comfortable to move in, and although the space is beautifully warm, consider bringing some layers and warm socks to get extra cosy.
