
We will explore the breath with Yin Yoga with lovely long stretches + Fascial Release. Connecting with the fascia and muscles of breathing, and exploring diaphragmatic breathing.
Then we will finish with a 30 minute introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) led by Hannah Potts (Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner). including gentle, guided EFT process using body tapping on acu-points to support emotional integration, stress relief and nervous system balance.
There will also be a cuppa and cake, and a chance to take notes.
