Yin Yoga is a slow-moving, meditational, deep practice that opens the hips, pelvis, and low spine by targeting the soft tissue of the joints, tendons, and ligaments. Slow down and combat burnout, stress, and anxiety as you hold a series of poses for 2-5 minutes each.
Guided Breath Meditation
Begin with a guided breath meditation as you settle into stillness and allow your breath to be your guide. As you close your eyes, the outer world softens, and attention turns inward.
With each breath, the body becomes lighter, the mind quieter, and the heart more open. The inhale draws in calm and clarity; the exhale carries away what no longer serves you.
Yin Yoga
You will be guided through a series of gentle postures. The goal is not perfection of poses, but a practice in finding your shape and connecting the body with the breath in a passive expression, giving yourself grace.
Gradually, breath and awareness merge — a gentle wave flowing through you — until stillness arrives, steady and luminous.
Sound Immersion
While breathing into the Yin poses, immerse yourself in a transformative soundscape designed to balance energy, calm the mind, and awaken inner harmony. Each instrument carries its own unique voice, blending into a seamless ocean of vibration that supports deep relaxation and energetic restoration.
The buffalo drum grounds the journey with the steady pulse of the Earth — a primal rhythm that connects you to your heartbeat and the heartbeat of nature.
The ocean drum flows like gentle waves, washing away stress and guiding the breath into natural rhythm, while the pangi shaker adds the whisper of rain — a soothing reminder of life’s continual flow.
From the depths rises the Atlas gong, expansive and resonant, carrying sound waves that move through the body like a cosmic tide. Its partner, the Chau gong, brings a powerful yet embracing vibration that opens the heart and clears energetic pathways.
The crystalline tones of the crystal pyramid and crystal singing bowls lift the experience into a luminous realm — harmonizing body, mind, and spirit with their pure, high-frequency resonance.
Finally, the delicate melodies of the Koshi chimes close the journey, their airy notes dancing through the air like light on water, gently returning you to the present moment.
Together, these sacred instruments create a multi-layered symphony of sound — from grounding Earth rhythms to celestial overtones — guiding you on a journey of release, renewal, and radiant peace.
