Yin & Reset Yoga

Invite a little Yin energy into your week by joining me for a cosy, unwinding, releasing and relaxing Yoga practice.

We will move through a gentle yoga flow, before settling into the stillness of Yin yoga, with long held postures aimed at calming and balancing the mind and body, whilst increasing flexibility, joint mobility, energy flow and circulation.

Finishing with a deep, guided relaxation & calming herbal tea.

Mats and herbal teas provided.

For your comfort please feel free to bring blankets, cosy socks, props (blocks, bolster, pillows/cushions).
