Terms & Conditions

Reservation Policy

• This event requires advance online reservation via Eventbrite. Participants must present a printed or digital ticket with a QR code for check-in. Entry will not be permitted without a valid online reservation.
• To ensure a smooth on-site experience, multiple entry time slots are available across the two-day event. Participants may choose the slot that best fits their schedule. Regardless of the selected entry time, the latest exit time is 18:00 each day.
• Participants’ admission tickets are valid for a single entry only. Tickets will be considered used upon entry and cannot be revalidated for re-entry. Participants are advised to ensure their visit is complete before exiting the venue.
• Each attendee may reserve one ticket (one time slot) only. Duplicate reservations made by the same attendee will be removed.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to participate. Proof of age may be required during check-in.

Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the event. Subject to applicable laws and rules of the venue, smoking, vaping, harassment, disruptive actions, or any behavior that negatively impacts the event or its reputation is strictly prohibited, which will result in removal from the venue without refund.
• Food and beverages, weapons, illegal drugs, and other contraband are not permitted inside the venue premises. Exceptions will be made for certain types of items for those with disabilities, medical requirements and/or special needs. Participants consent to a reasonable search for prohibited items. Violators of this provision may be required to leave the event without any refund.

Health and Safety

• Participants acknowledge that all health and safety policies for the event may be updated and amended from time to time by the Organizers and shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes on the website or at the venue. Participants agree to comply with all health and safety policies of Organizers and the venue.

Dress Code

• Participants are encouraged to wear clean and tidy outfits for the festive fan gathering experience. Cosplay of Wuthering Waves characters is also welcome! We will prepare additional gifts for participants who attend in cosplay.

Media & Data Consent

• Photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes.
• By attending, participants consent to grant Organizers the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual and royalty-free right and license to record, publish, display, and use (by photograph, video, aural devices, or any other method or device) the participants' name, voice, image, likeness and any personal data included while at this event for the above purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.
• By attending, participants consent to the collection of personal data, including but not limited to name and contact information. This data may be used for promotional purposes, including sending emails about future events, services, or promotions. If participants wish to opt out of receiving promotional communications, they may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.

Event Adjustments

• The arrangements for the event may be adjusted if necessary due to a change of venue, change of activities or any other reason. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizers reserve the right to make such adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations can be canceled free of charge via Eventbrite prior to the Event. Participants who are unable to attend are encouraged to cancel their reservations in advance to allow other attendees to participate.

Indemnification Policy

• Participants shall defend and hold harmless the event Organizers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in any way related to their participation in or presence at the event, whether on-site or at any off-site location, including but not limited to claims of negligence.

Governing Law

• By attending, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from attending the event.
• These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Event Details

Event-exclusive Commemorative Giveaways

Each participant will receive a set of event-exclusive commemorative giveaways, including:

• Event Commemorative Paper Bag x1
• Event Commemorative Laser Ticket x1
• Event Commemorative Postcard x1
• Event Commemorative Clear Card x1

Cosplay Rewards

Each participant who cosplays as a Wuthering Waves character at the event will receive additional rewards, including:

• Cube Plush Doll x1 (random character）
• Startorch Academy ID Card x1 (random character）

“Random character” refers solely to character style selection and does not affect the quantity, value, or eligibility of the rewards.

Cosplay rewards are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each Participant may receive the cosplay rewards once only.

The Organizers reserve the right to adjust or discontinue the cosplay rewards based on on-site availability.

Stamp Rally

Complete any of the following tasks to collect a character stamp of your choice! You can exchange the character stamps you've collected at the redemption counter for woven badges of the corresponding characters. Each participant may redeem no more than one badge per character.

Task 1:

- Leave your message or artwork on the Art board - get 1 stamp

Task 2:

- Take a photo at the Photo-ops - get 1 stamp

Task 3:

- Visit the Photo Booth to take pictures with your favorite characters - get 1 stamp

Task 4:

- Try out a streak of 10-pull gacha draw on stage - get 1 stamp

*If you draw a 5-Star character, you'll receive a Chibi Ver. Keychain (random character)!

Task 5:

- Share event photos on social media with #WutheringWaves included - get 1 stamp

Complimentary Promotional Gifts with Purchase

1. Participants who make an on-site merchandise purchase may receive complimentary promotional gifts based on their total purchase amount:

• Purchase under $35: Receive Chibi Ver. Keychain x1 (random character)
• Purchase of $35–$69.99: Receive Chibi Ver. Keychain x2 (random characters)
• Purchase of $70–$109.99: Receive Chibi Ver. Keychain x2 (random characters) & Startorch Academy ID Card x1 (random character)
• Purchase of $110 or more: Receive Chibi Ver. Keychain x2 (random characters) & Startorch Academy ID Card x2 (random characters)

“Random character” refers solely to character style selection and does not affect the quantity, value, or eligibility of the complimentary promotional gifts.

2. Purchase Items and complimentary promotional gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, no element of chance is involved, and Participants may not purchase more than the maximum allowed per person. Each complimentary promotional gift may be redeemed once per person. Purchase quantity limits per customer may be adjusted based on product availability.

3. Payment must be made in a single transaction. Split transactions or multiple payment methods are not accepted. To ensure smooth checkout, please prepare the exact amount whenever possible.

4. All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for verified product defects or damage at the time of purchase.

5. The Organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion in the event of insufficient inventory or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. This promotion is a commercial sales promotion and does not constitute a lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling activity.

Additional on-site activities may be introduced during the Event, subject to final arrangements and on-site availability.
