From sweeping sand dunes to deep canyons and colorful rock formations, this adventure will take you through one of the most unique and awe-inspiring national parks in the country.

Who Is This Trip For?

This trip is beginner-friendly, but participants should be prepared for desert hiking conditions, including warm days and cooler nights. No prior camping or hiking experience is needed—just a willingness to explore!

Gear & Packing Info

You’ll need to bring your own camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, and sleeping pad).
A packing list will be provided after registration.

Carpool and caravan options will be available, with details shared as we get closer to the event date.

Safety is always our top priority. A signed liability waiver is required to attend this trip.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds available up to two weeks before the trip. After that, no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, reach out and we will try to accommodate ticket transfers.
If the organizer cancels, you will receive a full refund.
Weather does not automatically result in trip cancellation. Participants will be notified of any changes.

COVID-19 Policy

We highly recommend staying up to date on vaccinations. Per CDC guidelines, masks are not required outdoors. If you feel unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days of the trip, please do not attend.

Why Only $250?

Because Way Out Wild believes in making outdoor adventures affordable and accessible. Most outfitters charge way more, but we’re doing this to pay our incredible guides, cover logistics, provide meals, handle camping fees, and fund our journey to becoming a nonprofit.
