Please join us for a special screening of FOOD 2050 at Blue Sky’s Ski Lounge at the Auberge Resorts Lodge during the Sundance Film Festival. With its crackling fires, handcrafted cocktails, and sweeping mountain views, Blue Sky offers a perfectly cinematic setting—an ideal backdrop for a film that crosses continents and imagines bold possibilities for our shared future. The screening will be followed by an intimate, fireside celebration of the film. The evening will bring together a gathering of trailblazers and changemakers—those driving change for a better future.
The culinary program will be crafted by an extraordinary lineup of chefs: Dave White, known from Bravo’s Below Deck for his bold, ingredient-driven cooking; Eric Gephardt, a chef, educator, and global ambassador for sustainable seafood whose work connects diners directly to ocean health; and Bleu Adams, a Diné restaurateur and food sovereignty advocate dedicated to strengthening Indigenous foodways and supporting Native entrepreneurs.Together, they bring depth, purpose, and a powerful sense of place to the menu.
