Hip Hop Galore is a high-energy, dynamic dance experience designed to help you unlock your individuality and show up with full confidence. This class focuses on musicality, groove, precision, and clean execution. We’ll warm up, drill foundations, and break down choreography that sharpens your performance quality while tapping into movement that’s intentional, empowering, and fun. Meet Your Instructor

Inez Schynell is a dance facilitator, choreographer, and creative artist teaching throughout the Bay Area. Her work blends dance, health, and wellness, shaped by a multidisciplinary background that includes Hip Hop, ballet, modern, jazz, belly dance, and West African and Nigerian Folklore.


In 2022, she choreographed five original works for the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop production The Bronx Revolution and the Birth of Hip Hop, directed by Joanna Haigood in collaboration with DJ Grandwizzard Theodore, the inventor of the scratching technique. She later signed with Rae Agency, performing in national campaigns for Fenty Beauty, Doechii’s Anxiety promo, GAP’s 2024 Linen Moves Campaign, and San Francisco Fashion Week.


Inez teaches weekly Hip Hop and TWERKnique classes throughout the Bay Area, in addition to facilitating movement workshops across schools, studios, and community programs. She is also the creator of the Ctrl Galore Experience, a pop-up platform rooted in dance, health, and wellness. Through her work in health, dance, education, and community arts, she uses movement as a tool for empowerment, self-expression, and reclaiming identity.
