“Worcestershire County Boundary Classic Car Tour ”

(or as I prefer my “ROLLING CLASSIC CAR SHOW”)

On Saturday 4th April 2026, In Support of

Kidderminster & Worcestershire Prostate Cancer Support Group.

This is a, 150mile, NON-COMPETITIVE, 1 day, driving adventure around the very edge of Worcestershire, through villages, over hills & along valleys. See amazing views of Worcestershire as well as Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Shropshire and the West Midlands. We will aim to…

• Have lots of fun (getting lost isn’t the aim, but how else will you find new places!!)
• Raise money to carry out PSA Testing
• Find roads you’ve never driven before.
• See fabulous classic cars
• Make new friends
• DRESS UP to match the era of your vehicle

For your minimum donation of £40 (paid on the day) you will receive a TOUR PACK containing…

• A printed `'TULIP' ‘turn by turn' route book.
• A neat little 'self-cling' “WCBCCTour” window sticker
• Information about Prostate Cancer
• A not very posh key ring
• A delicious breakfast bun & hot beverage (driver & navigator)
• I might even include a coveted "Classic Car Charity Tours" button badge.

THIS IS A NON-PROFIT EVENT.

As far as possible, no expense is used to ensure the maximum of your donations goes directly to the charity.

We will tour 'hidden England's' country roads & narrow lanes. So, we all need to be aware of pedestrians, cyclists, horses, cattle, sheep, dogs and tractors.

A NAVIGATOR will be needed on the day.

No experience needed as there is a briefing for this. NB: there are navigators waiting in the wings, should you need one. Just let me know.

The START VENUE is Wolverley Memorial Hall Cafe, nr Kidderminster DY11 5TN

The END VENUE is.The Manor House at Whittington, nr Kinver DY7 6NY

8:00am REGISTRATION Wolverley Memorial Hall.

Donate, Collect Route-Pack, Grab a breakfast sandwich & cuppa.

8:40am PRE-TOUR BRIEFING

Welcome, Route Pack explanation & SAFETY Brief

9:00am START YOUR ENGINES

DO NOT TAILGATE. They might not be going your way!! Avoid convoys where possible. ENJOY the drive. Meet up at designated refreshment stops.

3:30-4:30pm-ish. END OF ROUTE. The Manor House at Whittington

How many mistakes were there in the routebook? How many ‘route’ miles did the organiser do ? Enjoy a laugh and joke as the tales of the day unfold.

Maybe have a tea, coffee, beer, wine or water. A packet of crisps, nuts, a pizza, a steak, a snack or veggie selection. (early pre-booking may be advisable. It gets busy). Enjoy the banter with old & new found friends. (I can recommend the restaurant food. Albeit a freshly made pizza or steak) (dogs welcome in the bar & beer garden)

I guarantee you will have made some amazing new friends by the end of the day, and will have some really funny stories to share. Especially, if you get lost along the way! (most of us do at some point).

If you enjoy driving your car, love the countryside & fancy taking part in this "Rolling Classic Car Show" as it swirls it's way around some fantastic hidden English countryside. And seeing smiles on people’s faces as you pass by…..

Then come and join our happy throng of barmy 'regulars', make lots of people smile and be prepared to "Smilalot" yourself.

A. DON'T BE LATE. I WILL NOT BE AT THE START AFTER 09:15AM

B. THERE IS NO COMPETITIVE ASPECT TO THIS TOUR.

C. THIS EVENT OFFERS NO SPECIAL PRIVILEGES TO ANY PARTICIPANT. UK public road rules & regulations apply throughout.

D. ALL DRIVERS & VEHICLES MUST BE IN A CONDITION TO BE LEGALLY USED ON UK PUBLIC ROADS.

E. Vehicle owners are responsible for the SAFETY & SECURITY of all occupants and must drive with consideration of other road users.

F. Vehicle failures & breakdowns are the responsibility of the vehicle user. Carry an AA/RAC/GreenFlag etc. card!

G. There are NO REFUNDS.

H. Where possible, avoid 'CONVOYS'
