Patch Academy hosts a lunch and learn session on Women's Health with Wellness with Abbi and Lily Erskine from PWRTHR
Abbi is a science-backed Functional Wellness Practitioner, educating people on hormones, gut health, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, and genetics. She set-up her busines after a personal journey where she learnt how to balance her hormones using food and exercise. She blends evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes with exercise and functional testing to create bespoke plans tailored to individual health goals.
Lily is a Team England powerlifting athlete and co-owner of PWRTHR Gym in Chelmsford. With over a decade in strength sport as an athlete, coach, referee and mentor, she is passionate about building both performance and confidence in the women she works with. Through her work she provides scholarships to aspiring female athletes, raises funds for charities and increases sports accessibility for young girls.
Together they will educate us on hormones, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, and the benefits of strength training. Through personalised coaching, achievable strategies, and education they aim to empower women to make informed choices improving their health.
Bring your own lunch and enjoy while Abbi and Lily educate, inform, and nurture you with tips and tricks that will improve your wellbeing.
Tickets free; space limited. Donations to our chosen women's charity very much appreciated.
