This conference is designed as a restorative experience centered on health, wellness, and spiritual renewal for women of all ages. The inspiration for this gathering is rooted in Ephesians 2:10—reminding us that we are God’s workmanship, created with purpose—and 1 Corinthians 6:19–20, which calls us to honor God with our bodies. Together, these scriptures frame our time as one of intentional renewal: caring for both spirit and body as sacred, purposeful work.
The day will begin with a welcoming introduction, followed by three breakout sessions where attendees may choose one workshop per session from four thoughtfully curated options: Single Life, Married Life, Physical Fitness, and Health & Wellness. Each workshop is designed to meet women where they are, creating space for reflection, practical guidance, and meaningful connection across every season of life.
Following the breakout sessions, we will gather for a shared lunch and a collective experience that brings the entire community together. Lunch will be provided, with men from the church supporting through service so that women can fully rest, receive, and engage without distraction.
As we pause and realign, we are reminded that God is our guide—gently helping us recalibrate when life feels off course. Throughout the day, we invite each woman to trust God’s leading—toward balance, clarity, and renewed strength for the road ahead.
This workshop creates space for reflection, growth, and purpose in the single season of life. It focuses on identity, wholeness, boundaries, and trusting God’s timing while building a fulfilling, faith-centered life.
Designed to support women in marriage, this workshop explores communication, partnership, emotional wellness, and spiritual alignment, offering practical tools to strengthen connection and navigate challenges with grace.
This session focuses on caring for the body as God’s temple, with practical guidance on movement, rest, nutrition, and sustainable habits that support long-term physical well-being.
This workshop focuses on increasing awareness of everyday products, environmental exposures, and lifestyle factors that may impact long-term health. Attendees will learn practical ways to reduce toxic exposure, make informed choices, and protect their bodies through faith-aligned, preventative wellness practices.
