Messy but Meaningful: Reset & Release - Winter Session
Description:
Step into the new year with intention - not perfection.
This winter circle invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and release the pressure to “start strong.” Instead, we start REAL. Through gentle yoga, scripture-led reflection, and honest journaling, we’ll create space for God to renew our minds and soften what feels heavy.
Messy but meaningful is about embracing realness the imperfect, unfiltered moments that still carry purpose. It’s the idea that growth, healing, and faith aren’t always neat or polished. Sometimes the most sacred transformations happen when life feels uncertain, when our plans shift, or when we’re still figuring things out.
It’s permission to show up as you are not as who you think you should be and to trust that God is working through the process, even when it’s not pretty. It’s the spilled coffee before your morning flow, the tears during prayer, the pause between plans… yet every bit of it has meaning because your heart is in it.

• Tea bar + guided journaling
