We’re excited to welcome you to the first ever Withy Wedding Fair, hosted at Withington Public Hall Institute (WPHI) — a much-loved community pub and events space in South Manchester.

Taking place on Saturday 21st February 2026, this relaxed and friendly wedding fair is all about showcasing brilliant local, independent wedding suppliers in a welcoming setting.

Whether you're recently engaged or just starting to plan, this is the perfect place to get inspired, meet awesome vendors, and discover the latest trends to make your big day unforgettable. Come along, chat with experts, and enjoy a fun, relaxed atmosphere where your dream wedding ideas come to life.

✨ Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival - choose from a soft drink, glass of fizz or a house lager.

Once you’ve had a look around, stay for a pizza and sample our drinks from the bar 🍕🍻

What to expect

• A curated selection of local wedding suppliers
• Time and space to chat, browse and get inspired
• Live entertainment
• Pizza station and bar open throughout the day

Timings

• 11am – 4pm
• Quiet Hour: 11am – 12pm
  (no alcohol served and no background music, to create a calmer environment)
• Tickets are split into two arrival slots: 12pm – 2pm or 2pm – 4pm
  (You’re very welcome to stay beyond your slot if you’d like)

Getting here

• No on-site parking
• Free street parking available on Morris Street
• Free public car park on Gledhill Street
• Easily accessible by public transport

This event is a collaboration between Reena Joy Celebrant, Thoughtfully Wild Studio, and WPHI - brought together by a shared love of meaningful, community-led celebrations.
