In a culture that encourages us to keep pushing, winter asks something different of us.
Wintering is a collaborative afternoon led by Angie Garton and Linda McCann, created for women who are ready to rest deeply, reflect gently, and reconnect with the part of themselves that knows how to slow down.
Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a carefully structured journey that supports both body and mind; without pressure, performance, or expectation.
This afternoon is spacious, unhurried, and intentionally gentle. You’ll never be asked to share, perform, or explain yourself, simply to show up as you are.
No prior yoga, meditation, or sound bath experience is needed.
Date: Saturday 1st February

Location: Fern Bothy, Longniddry Steading
