Discover the hidden world of winter wildlife on a guided hike as we look for tracks, signs, and the amazing adaptations animals use.

Step into the quiet magic of winter on this guided wildlife hike, where we’ll explore how Maine’s animals survive and stay active in the cold season. Together, we’ll look for tracks, trails, and other signs of life while learning about the incredible adaptations that help wildlife thrive beneath the snow and ice. This relaxed, nature-focused walk offers a chance to slow down, observe closely, and connect with the winter landscape in a whole new way. Perfect for nature lovers of all experience levels. (All ages welcome!)

***this may become a snowshoe hike depening on the level of snow at the refuge, you are welcome to bring your own or borrow ours for free with a ticket purchase

RAIN DATE: The day after the original date specified. In purchasing a ticket you are accepting that you are available for the rain date as well.
