Welcome to the Winter Book Festival!

Join me at Refettorio Felix at St Cuthbert's Centre for a festive, bookish afternoon taking place this December 14th 2025.

Following the incredible response to a bookish picnic I organised this summer, I’m hosting this cozy event designed to bring together book lovers for a day filled with creativity, connection and Christmas cheer!

The day will include:

• Sugar cookie decorating
• Candle painting
• Book swap
• An intimate author talk featuring Busayo Matuluko, Jasmine Burke and Marvellous Michael Anson
• Book bingo with a goodie bag and 3x books
• Seasonal food, drinks, and decorations to set the festive mood
• Gift bags for each guest
• Raffle tickets for proofs
• Music

There are also speakers at the event so I have curated an empty playlist for you to all fill with some of your favourite festive songs.

Please also note that the event is ticketed purely to cover costs for around 60+ people (venue, materials, food etc.), with 100% of the proceeds going right back into making the day special - not for profit. My goal is simply to give back to a community that has brought me so much joy this year.
