Winchester Cultural Network Group - November 2025

The Winchester Cultural Network Group is an opportunity for cultural and creative organisations and practitioners working across the Winchester district to come together to discuss common themes and challenges in an informal setting. The network provides a platform for information sharing, collaborative working, idea development, etc.

We’re heading out of the city to the quaint village of Wickham! You are invited to enjoy a Splash of Creativity and Calm at Creative Spa.

Step into a calm, creative sanctuary designed to inspire. The studio is light, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for workshops, private sessions, and moments of mindful making. It’s a place where creativity flows freely, whether you’re painting, crafting, or simply taking time out for yourself.

Come along at 6pm on Wednesday 12th November and meet the artist behind The Creative Spa. You'll have the chance to hear from Jenny about her business which combines arts and crafts with some of the relaxing natures of a spa. Hear about her practice and the space that she has created which encourages calm and creativity.

We'll then have a short conversation about wellbeing within creative practice, what it means to us and how we ensure the wellbeing impacts of our work are articulated and recognised. Then it's back to the usual informal networking that we all know and love!

This event is bring your own refreshments so you can bring whatever tipple takes your fancy. There is access to hot water if required.

The Creative Spa can be found above Heming and Co on the first floor, The Square, Wickham, PO17 5JT. Once through the main (shop) door, take the door on the left and continue up the stairs. Please note, there is no lift available.

There is parking available at Wickham Square (PO17 5JG) and is free after 5pm, max stay three hours. This is conveniently located just along the road from the venue.

Anyone with an interest in arts and culture is welcome to join the networking events. Those working professionally in the sector and hobbyists are equally welcome. Likewise we welcome people from all across the district, not just those in the city centre. The events are organised by Winchester City Council, in partnership with the district's cultural sector. We look forward to welcoming you!
