This session is about gently preparing the nervous system to receive what returns, and learning how to allow emotions to move on without fear or force.
You’ll be guided through calming breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditation, ocean imagery and sound healing.
Soft, water-like light projections and sound are used to create a peaceful, ocean-inspired atmosphere.
Rather than analysing or fixing emotions, this session invites you to:
February’s session follows on naturally from January’s theme of letting go, but it is completely welcoming as a stand-alone experience. You do not need to have attended any previous sessions.
