"What's in the Box?" Museum mini-exhibition at Coleshill Library

This exhibition reveals some of the boxes uncovered within the Warwickshire Museum collections, and the curious items under their lids.

A mini touring exhibition visiting libraries across Warwickshire between November 2025 and June 2026, coming to Coleshill Library from 29th January to 24th February.

Objects on tour include a set of dominoes made from wood and bone, butterfly specimens dating from the 18th century, tiny boxes of rock samples from Italy, a ceramic trinket box, jack-in-the-boxes, and a decorative wooden glove box.

Displays will vary from library to library - come along and take a look.
