ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A TICKET FOR ENTRY PLEASE.

As always we welcome Club Stands but ask that if you are attending as a Club it is YOUR responsibility to arrive as a club in order to be parked together, please organise yourselves a meeting point to join up before arriving at the event. Please print your ticket and display in your windscreen upon arrival to allow quick entry to the site and support us in minimising traffic through the village.

Please ensure you select car club when booking and enter the club name to allow us to provide enough space for your club

Any vehicle that is interesting or unusual is welcome, American cars, European classics, hot rods, air cooled, modified, bikes, trikes, light commercial etc etc. Entry is free, however the organisers reserve the right to refuse vehicles and persons for any reason.

Arrival on the day- Anytime between 7.30am- 10.30 am LATEST [GATES OPEN @ 0730)

NO ENTRY will be allowed after 10.30am this is to ensure everyones safety. (Abuse to any of the team will result in you being turned away)

NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT BEFORE 4PM!

BY COMPLETING THIS FORM YOU AGREE TO STAY ON THE SHOWFIELD UNTIL AT LEAST 4.00 PM this is due to strict insurance conditions, if you CANNOT AGREE to these times and conditions do not continue with pre booking your ticket

(Where space allows we will accept entries on the day but this is not always available so pre-booking is strongly advised! )
