Come join me for an energising session of Wellness Through Movement with Amina!
This uplifting in-person session invites you to reconnect with your body through breath-led movement, music, and mindful exploration. We’ll begin with a grounding warm-up on the mat—featuring flowing stretches, glute bridges, and gentle spinal mobility—to awaken the body and prepare for deeper movement.
From there, we’ll rise into dynamic sequences that blend strength, rhythm, and freedom. Expect to move around the space with intention—walking, reaching, and flowing—guided by music and your own internal rhythm. Whether you’re new to movement or a seasoned dancer, this is a space to explore joy, expression, and presence at your own pace.
We’ll close with a standing cool-down: grounding stretches, side bends, and gentle twists to leave you feeling refreshed, centred, and recharged.
