York Cheng is an experienced educator and mindfulness practitioner with 16 years of experience in youth development, mentorship and entrepreneurship education. She integrates mindful presence with purposeful guidance to create psychologically safe spaces and support learners of all ages.
Samantha (MA, AThR) is a holistic therapist and creative lead who bridges creativity, somatic healing, and spiritual exploration. With over a decade of experience as co-founder of Cupplets, she blends design, food and therapy into a practice rooted in emotional attunement and sensory storytelling.
Meet Miki Amrita, the voice and stand behind NVC Singapore — Asia’s leading authority in conflict resolution. With over 15 years of experience, she serves as an international lecturer, trainer, and Singapore’s first and only CNVC-certified trainer.
Miki is dedicated to being a wisdom keeper for relational peace, helping those in relationship crisis restore harmony and peace within themselves and with others — through empathic communication and deep inner work, because she believes world peace begins with inner peace and how we relate to one another.
Believes that that idea of a good life lies in the art of slow-slow coffee, slow running , slow listening rituals of care. Jen’s vinyl journey began in a dark Kyoto bar with Melody Gardot, black coffee and the sound of rain on the roof.
