We will cover a range of topics, including:

· Understanding your baby

· Baby’s brain development

· Your future as parents and as a family

· Your roots, traditions, hopes and fears for the future

· Breastfeeding and the practical tasks of caring for a new baby

· The need to look after ourselves

Our class provides a welcoming space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other parents-to-be.

Who is it for?

For those who are at least 24 weeks pregnant and their birth partners. Suitable for first-time parents or those looking for a refresher.

Please note:

These sessions are for parents/carers and other adult family members only.

Polite reminder:

Tickets must be booked for each individual attending the course. If you are bringing a partner or other family member, book them a ticket too.
