
Join us for a mid-week morning session of Qigong at the welcoming and vibrant Easton Community Centre
Qigong is a gentle yet strengthening practice that supports our mental and physical well-being through mindful movements and breathwork. Whether you are a beginner, or more experienced, this class is perfect for you if you are looking to relax your mind, cultiavte inner and outer strenth and and boost your energy levels. Come and connect with your body and breath and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Booking in advance is advisable although you are welcome to turn up on the day and pay by cash or bank transfer.
This is a weekly class, simply select the date or dates you want to come and join us.
