Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch 2026
#IStandWithYou
Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch is E for Endometriosis’ annual flagship awareness event, held every March in conjunction with International Endometriosis Awareness Month, observed globally every March to shine a light on a condition that remains widely misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and often dismissed.
Yellow is the international colour of endometriosis awareness. Wearing yellow is a visible act of care and recognition. It says, “I see your pain. I acknowledge your journey. I stand with you.” When we gather in yellow, we remind one another that endometriosis is real, complex, and deserving of understanding and support.
This year’s theme, #IStandWithYou, centres on mental wellness, caregiver support, and male allyship. Through expert-led conversations, lived experiences, and reflective spaces, we hold room for the realities of pain, grief, care, and resilience that often remain unseen.
This is not just an event. It is a collective pause to listen, to learn, and to stand with one another in ways that are honest, informed, and humane.
*Kindly refer to the Agenda section on this page for a detailed breakdown of the event itinerary.

Come in yellow
We warmly encourage all participants to wear yellow as a show of solidarity with the endometriosis community. At the close of the event, we will be recognising our shared spirit with a Best Yellow Dressed appreciation. Come dressed in yellow, in comfort, and in meaning.

Ticketing terms
#IStandWithYou video invitation
As part of our #IStandWithYou movement, participants are warmly invited to submit a short solidarity video if they feel comfortable doing so.
These videos may feature patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, allies, or supporters simply sharing:
“I am an endo warrior / endo caregiver / endo advocate, and I stand with you.”
Participation is entirely voluntary. For those who wish to contribute, these videos help amplify voices, strengthen visibility, and remind others that they are not alone.
For video submission guidelines and a reference example, please scroll to the last video on this page.
Supporting the cause
As part of the ticketing options, you will see an optional donation tab. Contributions support E for Endometriosis’ year-round work, including free educational sessions, community support initiatives, and accessible resources for patients and caregivers.
There is no obligation to donate. Your presence already matters. If you choose to contribute, know that it helps sustain this work beyond a single day.
By attending, by wearing yellow, and by choosing to stand with this community, you become part of a movement that refuses to let endometriosis remain invisible.
We look forward to welcoming you in yellow.
