Join us at Anne Neilson Fine Art for Watercolor Wednesdays, a two-hour class with gallery artist Michael Haun—“Roo” to his grandkids—best known for his playful and witty Roodoodles. Michael believes watercolor should be fun, approachable, and a little unexpected, encouraging you to experiment freely without worrying about straight lines or perfection.

You’ll explore brushes, paper, and paint while tackling that big question: what do I paint? Along the way, Michael shares ideas, tips, and encouragement to help you discover your own style and voice. You’ll leave with at least three small works—one to frame, one to share, and one to remind you to keep creating.

All paints and high-quality watercolor papers are provided—just bring your favorite notebook and pen. Perfect for beginners or seasoned creatives, this workshop is a refreshing midweek reset filled with learning, laughter, and a little rooster wisdom.
