Warwickshire Pride LGBT+ Book Club - Leamington

The Warwickshire Pride Book Club was created to share and explore LGBT+ literature, whilst fostering a safe and inclusive community to discuss stories, perspectives, and experiences.

It takes place on the first Thursday of each month at Leamington Spa Library and the second Saturday of each month at Stratford-upon-Avon Library. Sometimes there are changes to the dates, depending on facilitator availability, so check the dates when booking. This Eventbrite Page is for Leamington.

Each month a different LGBT+ themed book will be discussed. The suggested books for upcoming sessions are:

• November: The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson
• December: My Tender Matador
• January 2026: BYOB*
• February: The Left Hand of Darkness
• March: The Price of Salt
• April: How Far the Light Reaches: A Life in Ten Sea Creatures
• May: Bury Your Gays

*This is a 'bring your own book' session. It can be anything from your all-time favourite to a book you disliked, or just something that's been sitting on your shelf for some time.

The book club is free to take part in, although donations are welcome and will help contribute to the charity's activities.
