These sessions offer
A place to be heard

Sessions are not rushed, prescriptive, or judgement based. We focus on what is happening for you and your family right now.

I am a registered play therapist with PTUK and a qualified Child Parent Relationship Therapy trainer. I work with children and families who have complex lives and draw on my own lived experience of being a daughter, wife, mum, and friend. I bring significant knowledge of current attachment theory and up to date trauma informed practice, alongside a thoughtful, relational, and embodied approach to my work with children and families. I am motivated by a strong belief that we all have a right to feel safe, confident, and comfortable in our homes and in our relationships.
