
Join The Art of Yoga and Mindfulness at W1 Curates on Oxford Street on Wednesday 25th February between 6pm-8:30pm for an artfully immersive evening of yoga, meditation, and sound bath led by Sadie Frost, Frances Ruffelle, and Casey Downie-Campbell.
This transformative experience unfolds within the captivating digital artworks by Diego Monomo, accompanied by music from the new yoga album Yin and Tonic, co-curated by actor and director Sadie Frost and West End actress and singer Frances Ruffelle.
The evening will feature guided yoga, meditation, a restorative sound bath, and massage treatments from the Sacred and Wild wellness team. Guests will also enjoy an inspiring panel talk with art curator Katy Richfield, a nutritious snack pack courtesy of Holland & Barrett, and a dreamy goody bag from Ancient and Brave and Sacred and Wild.

Sadie Frost
Actor and Director Sadie Frost, devoted yoga guide, whose journey into the realms of Jivamukti, Kundalini, and Yin began in her teenage years and has since blossomed into a mastery of these sacred practices. Rooted in the essence of jivamukti,Sadie's teachings embody the holistic fusion of Ahimsa (non-harming), Bhakti (devotion), Dyana (meditation), Nada (development of sound), and Shastra (studies of ancient teachings).
With her, embark on a transformative voyage towards spiritual enlightenment, where each pose becomes a gateway to profound selfdiscovery and inner peace. Frances Ruffelle
Best known for originating the role of Éponine in Les Misérables, for which she won a Tony Award. She began her yoga journey in 1990. Her first ever yoga class was taken with her close friend Sadie Frost in 1990. Both of them heavily pregnant with their sons.
She trained as a yoga teacher in 2003 and has combined her yoga teaching/practice with an artistic life performing in theatre and writing music, plays and musicals. Frances partnered up with song writer Sam Kelser to conceive Yin & Tonic, to create ‘mindful beats.’ delivering powerful and positive messages.
As midlife women, mothers, grandmothers, they strive to live balanced, unapologetic, vibrant lives. Frances & Sam were delighted when Sadie joined them with her beautiful yoga teachings. Yin & Tonic are releasing their first track, ‘‘Like Honey’ featuring Sadie’s spoken meditation.
Casey Downie-Campbell
A Crystal Sound Healer who weaves together the pure tones of Crystal Tones alchemy bowls, chimes, and voice to create deeply soothing sonic soundscapes. Experiencing & working with sound since 2017, she specialises in helping people unwind, find regulation, and drop into restorative rest in an increasingly busy world.
Casey shares her work through sound baths, cacao ceremonies, women’s circles, corporate wellbeing events, and professional trainings, including her signature programme teaching sound healers how to safely and confidently work with children.
Katy Richfield
Katy Richfield is an internationally recognised art curator with over 25 years of experience working across leading museums, international exhibitions, galleries, and private collections worldwide. She currently curates exhibitions for the Women in Art Prize and has contributed to major international platforms including the Musée Picasso and Moco Museums in London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona, as well as this year’s Venice Biennale.
