Join us for an unforgettable musical evening as three talented high school choirs from across our region share the stage with the prestigious The Ohio State Mixed Choir and the renowned The Ohio State Men’s Glee Club, under the direction of Dr. Robert J. Ward.
Each high school choir, guided by their dedicated directors, will perform, showcasing the remarkable talent and hard work of local students. The participating high schools and their directors are: Tinora High School: Mr. Brett Grime (Director) and Patty Wiemken (Assistant Director); Patrick Henry High School: Allison Gerken; Hicksville High School: Zach Kohlmeier. This event provides an enriching educational experience, helping students grow their musical skills while connecting with a broader choral tradition.
Under the guidance of Dr. Ward, The Ohio State Men’s Glee Club carries on a rich legacy dating back to 1875. Internationally recognized, including earning the esteemed "Choir of the World" title in 1990, the Men’s Glee Club continues to captivate audiences with their artistry, excellence, and commitment to diversity.
