VOICEFEST Choral Concert

Voicefest promises to be a real celebration of the best contemporary choir music around and Formby High School Music Department is proud to spearhead this exciting event as part of our work as Lead School within the Sound Music Hub and Sefton SKY Hub.

It is 2 years since our last collaboration with our partners at Leeds Conservatoire and we a delighted to welcome back Craig Lees and the spectacular Contemporary Pop Choir, with their live band, to headline our event. Since we last saw them, the group has gone from strength to strength, performing all over the country, collaborating with some big names in the music world and taking the stage at the Royal Albert Hall. We are super-excited to hear their 'best of' setlist - part of their 'Eras' Tour!

Also performing on stage will be 'Pride of Sefton' award-winners - G:Force Gospel Choir - our community choir of teachers, school staff, parents and friends, who are making a real name for themselves across the region and nationally.

We also welcome Voiceworks, our training choir from Formby High and members of our brand new Sefton Voice Collective, our dynamic yout choir project launching in partnershi with SKY Hub.
