Join a vinyasa flow yoga class designed to build heat through mindful movement while creating space to relax and unwind. We’ll move through a creative sequence that links breath with movement, finishing with restorative stretches and a calming relaxation. Suitable for all levels, with options to adapt the practice to your pace.

What to Expect

  • 60 minute class with options to tailor the class to your level
  • A balanced blend of warming movement and cooling stretches
  • Finishing the class with mindful relaxation to leave you centred and refreshed

What to Bring

  • All yoga equipment is provided
  • Comfortable clothing you can move in
  • A water bottle
  • Optional: a jumper or socks for the final relaxation
