
Join us for one or multiple days of our Winter Wellness Retreat at Vincent William Wine. This peaceful experience will leave you restored, balanced and renewed.
Each day offers a full schedule of wellness programming – yoga, meditation, food and nutrition seminars, and seasonal meals. Day passes grant access to all scheduled activities for the day; spa services are available for separate booking.
Overnight accommodations are available and encouraged for a more immersive experience. We offer three queen rooms and three king rooms, which may be booked solo or shared—ideal for a peaceful solo reset or a cozy stay with a guest.

Meet Julie Stone
Julie, owner of Purple Lotus in Mentor, brings extensive training, continuing education, and years of self-practice. She believes slow, mindful movement that calms and resets the mind and body is essential in today’s fast-paced world.
Meet Kathy Burns
Like many of us during the pandemic, I found myself with spare time and decided that time was a gift I should use to pursue continuing education in health, nutrition and coaching, all areas in which I had always had a strong interest. Working to practice what I preached, it was time to further define my own purpose and figure out my happy.
And so, after many years in various marketing careers, I completed my health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition and officially launched my business, Wellspring Health Coaching, in early 2022.

Questions?
1. Do I have to attend all three days? No—you can attend just Thursday, just Friday, or both.
Saturday programming is only available to guests staying overnight on Friday.
2. Can I attend Saturday without staying overnight?
No—Saturday is reserved for overnight guests who stay Friday night.
3. If I attend Thursday and stay overnight but not Friday, what do I get?
You’ll enjoy all Thursday programming and meals, plus Friday breakfast before checking out at 11:00 AM. You do not have access to Friday sessions without a Friday pass.
4. If I’m only attending Friday with an overnight stay, what time can I check in?
You’re welcome to arrive by 7:00 AM to join programming. Room check-in is at 2:00 PM—we’ll store your bags and provide restroom access until your room is ready.
5. What time is room checkout, even if I’m still participating?
Room checkout is at 11:00 AM, even if you are attending morning sessions. We’ll store your luggage and offer space to freshen up if needed.
6. What’s included in a day pass?
Each day pass includes that day’s full wellness schedule and meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner depending on the day).
7. Are meals included with overnight stays?
Breakfast is included for all overnight guests. All other meals are included with the day pass.
8. Can I stay overnight without attending the retreat?
No—overnight rooms must be paired with at least one day pass.
9. Can I book a spa treatment without attending the retreat?
Yes—spa treatments are open to participants and available for separate booking.
10. Can I share a room?
Yes—rooms may be booked solo or shared. We offer 3 queen rooms and 3 king rooms.
11. Is the retreat beginner-friendly?
Absolutely—all sessions are welcoming and accessible to all experience levels.
