Hoku Nai’a is designed for passenger comfort and has panoramic views from both the main deck and the elevated observation deck. The price includes a catered brunch with cranberry and orange juice, a coffee station, and unlimited mimosas.

Our Valentine's Brunch menu includes:

• Chicken apple sausage

• Warm eggs and cheese frittata

• Rosemary breakfast potatoes

• Fruit & cheese danishes, breads, croissants, butter & jams

• Mixed field greens salad with feta cheese, candied pecans, sliced strawberries

• Caprese skewers

• Tropical fruit platter

• Strawberry shortcake with strawberry sauce, topped with whipped cream

• Citrus-infused water

You can purchase onboard water, soft drinks, beer, hard seltzers, and wine.

And of course, Mrs. Capt. Dave’s famous triple fudge brownies are served as a special treat!

About the Cruise

On the main deck, you will enjoy a delicious catered brunch with a coffee bar, juice, or a mimosa. Fun surfboard tables with bench seats provide a comfortable place to dine, and panoramic windows on both sides offer views of the beautiful harbor.

Your two-hour harbor cruise takes place aboard Hoku Nai’a, our premium power catamaran designed for comfort and style. On the first deck, you’ll be treated to a delicious catered brunch paired with hot coffee, refreshing juice, or citrus-infused water. Bottomless mimosas are included. Surfboard-style tables with bench seating create a fun and relaxed dining space, while panoramic windows on both sides frame the beauty of Dana Point Harbor.

When you’re ready to explore, make your way to the second deck to soak up the sunshine and the refreshing ocean breeze. Enjoy sweeping views, ample seating, and live music. The upper bar will be open for additional drink purchases, including soft drinks and beer.

Sightingseeing & Wildlife

Marine wildlife can be seen inside the harbor, including sea lions, a large variety of birds, and, once in a while, bottlenose dolphins.

The Valentine's Brunch does not provide whale watching. This cruise is designed to be calm and comfortable, so we stay inside the harbor instead of venturing into open ocean, where unpredictable conditions can affect the experience for both guests and the band. Weather permitting, the boat MIGHT visit the harbor entrance to view sea lions.
