Join a free series of conversations on how our democracy works and how we can shape political decisions.

The first session, led by The Constitution Unit (UCL), Operation Black Vote and Unlock Democracy, explores:

• what democracy is
• how it emerged
• its strengths and weaknesses
• the alternatives

Attendees will be welcome to interact with the panel and ask questions or share their views.

This is meant to be the first session of a series of free conversations on citizenship and political participation.
